17: 46B-22.1. Valuation of securities held by title insurance company; violations; penalties 17: 46B-22.1. Valuation of securities held by title insurance company; violations; penalties 6. Except as otherwise required by the commissioner, securities held by a title insurance company transacting business in this State in accordance with P.L.1975, c.106 (C.17:46B-1 et seq.), shall be valued in accordance with the published valuation standards of the Securities Valuation Office of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Every title insurance company licensed to transact business in this State shall comply with the filing and valuation requirements of the Securities Valuation Office of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners or requirements established by the commissioner, as applicable, with respect to the valuation of securities.
